A very popular option for preventing erosion. With that being said our approach is very detailed and accurate. We use a variety of mechanisms with many different options; 7 or 5 gauge steel, Black steel or galvanized steel. We use 3/4” round stock for tie back rods going back to our Deadman which is steel based. We cap the wall with 4x4x 1/4" steel angle. We then backfill with #8 stone and finish with topsoil, seed, and straw blanket.

The process of laying or stacking stones to prevent the run-off that often occurs when living near a shoreline. This then protects the shoreline itself from excessive wake or stormy weather. Our method included very large pieces of limestone. Each individual piece averages in size from 1,000lbs to 1,800lbs. These rocks are then layered together to fit into the natural landscape. These forms of seawall are best for low traffic, and low wake areas. Outcropping is also very popular for landscape and other alternatives on properties.

Applicable to variety of different shoreline conditions, rip-rap uses fractured limestone pieces that range in size from 3”-12” in diameter. The smaller sizes are for ponds or no wake areas and the larger sizes for river shorelines and inland lake shorelines. This is a very cost efficient way to protect your shoreline! Our dedicated team will excavate your property to the proper grade and install filter fabric to protect growth underneath the rocks. When rip-rap is placed on stop erosion will not occur.

All permanent piers are made with 4” OD piping ¼” with a frame made up of 4x4x1/4” angles. These piers are then welded together to create one solid structure. No adjustable collars or moving parts needed! All pipes are capped and covered with PVC. We customize the deck with input from our customers. Several decking choices are available upon request.
